On behalf of the Board of Trustees, I am very proud to represent Richard Winn Academy in Winnsboro, South Carolina. Richard Winn is located approximately 25 miles North of Columbia, SC, and 45 miles south of Charlotte, NC. Our campus rests upon beautiful acreage just a few miles from Interstate 77.

Richard Winn Academy is a private college-prep school for grades K3/daycare through the 12th grade. Our current enrollment is approximately 340 students. Richard Winn is a proud member of and has achieved advance accreditation through the South Carolina Independent School Association.

Within the walls of our school-house, Richard Winn Academy harbors one of the most highly sought-after characteristics in education, which is a safe and nurturing learning environment. Our teachers, staff members, and volunteers take the necessary time to prepare and foster the environment so that each and every child feels important and loved.

Richard Winn Academy is also striving to reach and achieve new heights in student success. With a strong focus on the individual learner, and the goal to help each student reach or surpass his or her potential, RWA is creating citizen leaders equipped with the tools to grasp opportunity, work hard, continue to learn, lead with good character and high morals, and create a path of success for others to follow.
